Price Match Policy for New York Field Trips

It is part of our mission to make field trips affordable for the student groups and schools we service. In order to facilitate student travel, we want our field trip prices to be competitive with other tour operators.

We will match the pricing on any field trip! You read it here and we will honor that promise!

There are other educational travel companies out there, and GoNYCTours.com will match (and hopefully beat) any other company’s quote for a student travel package; based on the same tour destinations, level of services, and trip includes that are quoted.

We will gladly review another company’s educational travel package/quote and determine if we are looking at the same level of services, and all of the specifics and details in their quote.

To comply with our pricing policy on New York field trips, we will of course need a copy of the other quote with all of the “trip includes” and costs listed for us to review. We will determine if our trip proposal has the same level of services, hotels, attractions, meals, and other charges are the same as our quote has listed.
